Anyone a fan of DEXTER?? (The good serial killer) :)

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! I am so addicted. I started watching on Showcase for Season 2. Watched it, and rented the entire Season 1 and watched it the other night in one huge drinking adventure with the hubby

Its so addicting, and he's such an amazing actor. The storyline's are crazy too!

Anyone else find themselves being sucked into this show? I am liking it better than my all time favorite show The Soprano's.

 

I started seeing a week ago, already saw all season 1 and going in the middle of season 2.
I'm not addicted, but it's a cool tv show no doubts about it.

I've only watched one episode but I thought it was a bit slow. I'm more of a comedy man.
I don't know how many times I've watched The Office, I'm absolutely addicted

 

I saw the first season, story is good and tight, Dexter's girlfriend and sister are hot

 

I think Dexter's sister is hilarious! Its funny to see her playing this role because I saw her on the Exorcism of Emily Rose and she was great in that too, but too entirely different roles!

 

Ive heard a lot about the show but I havent had a chance to actually watch it. I love the office too.

Yes I'm a Dexter fan and my girlfriend is in a major way.

I thought the first series was great only to be topped by the 2nd series and now eagerly awating news of a third.
The story line is great and there are lots of unexpected twists and close calls.

If you run out of episodes remember it is based on the books of Jeff Lindsey and they are also a good read, there are 3 available.

 

Awesome, I had no idea that it was based on a novel! Thanks alot for the heads up! I am going to go buy these probably tonight, I just can't wait for the next season to start. I guess its going to be the middle of February (from what it sounds like) Thank god the writer's strike is over!!!

 

I just download the audio book. If you want, they are available in some torrent site like pirate bay.

It doesn't look like there is an official release date as of yet but comments are around April/May time.

The one they're talking about is a showtime series about a serial killing csi-type guy.


The shows ok but some times the narration is a bit much, he feels the need to remind you how callous he is way too often.

 

I've only seen the first series - heard good things about it from people on a forum when it started in the US so gave it a chance when ITV showed it, and got addicted to it straight away.

Can't believe they bought the rights as it's really not their usual sort of thing -
It's an amazing series - can't wait til series two is shown (had better not be shoved onto itv2/3 or sky)

There have been 2 TV series (the 2nd better than the first) with a third series comissioned. There have also been 3 books that are available.

 

I'm a big fan too. A friend told me to watch one episode and after that I was hooked - have seen both series and now awaiting series 3. His grielfriend is much hotter than his sister
