Anybody work with directcpv.com as a publisher and successfully use their XML code ?

I am trying to use the XML code for directcpv.com publishers. The XML URL returns the following msg :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ads Type="NoPopup"></ads>


Problem is, a list of advertiser URLs and their bids are suppose to be returned for parsing instead. Anyone out there work with this company as a publisher and successfully use their code ?

 

I tried it once never had any luck and I couldn't figure out why.
