Anybody willing to help...

    I have this design I made in paint shop pro I was curious if anyone would help me create it to css and div's but SHOW me how to create it so I can learn - I know a little about is so I can follow along maybe with skype we can built it while we chat and share screen... i can pay a few bucks for your help like 15

    PS: i'm online for awhile I'll check back often cause I'm looking to do this now :)

    What are you try to do exactly?
    Take your photo and turn it into a working application?
    If so what kinda application is it and what function does it have / or need?
    What do you mean create it with css and div tags?
