I am not into it or the latest craze...bingo on TV. Poker seems very out of place on a sports channel but then again the broadcast spelling bees, dog shows, cheerleading championships (there is some athleticism there) and darts so I guess poker can be run between real sports on the sports channels. I am not against it being broadcast but it seems it would be a better fit for the horse racing channel or Spike TV.
Firts You watch Then you start playing At the end you end broke No thanks i try to do more safe activitys like football driving drinking )
Very true.. But it should be in thsi order 1. you watch it 2. you start playing it 3. you lose what you put on and say what the hell its only $25 4. make 2nd deposit lose it in about 10 mins from some guy that do not know how to play and got lucky on you 5. you start calling him by typing remarks like ," go read a book" you donkey" " how the fu*k can you call a 2 outa" 6. you think well i have lost $50 ill make anther $50 deposit and win my money back. 7. you lose the $50 and get very anger , you hit the wall with anger , tell your family to stfu because there putting you off. 8. you carm down and make anther deposit this time $100 9. you then lose that again 10. you deside to give up as you have no more money left to play the moral of the story don't do what i did and chase in the end ther is only one winner inles your a top pro and thats the poker company!
I agree with benklaz.haha..but I still love to watch poker..can't watch it all day everyday but it's good on occasion!
If you are serious about poker then you got to appreciate it on TV. I mean some of these guys would run circles around me. You get so much better by watching them play and just seeing the discipline.....
I watch it on TV but i'm still learning the game to be honest - sometimes find it hard to keep up! Maybe I should record it and then pause/rewind certain moves... Find it very addictive to watch....even more so addictive to play (unfortunately)!
Wasn't that much into watchin poker to be honest... rather liked playing though... maybe a bit too much. Lost loads of money. So i stopped playing and started watching. Not as fun but safer. Good entertainment.
