    Are they only paying via check, or are there other payment options as well, like paypal?

    If they only pay via check, can I use them in Germany (German bank account)?

    Also, do they approve new sites without traffic, or should I wait until I have decent traffic?

    Yes, you can use your paypall. And for new site, dont try submit at paypopup, you need traffic first
