    We looked at their website and they do not seem to offer support - which would have been the obviously solution for you. And we could not seem to find any info re site backups either.

    We are not sure why you are hosting with them because when we entered into their cost calculator what you get with any good host's basic shared hosting plan these days - it was incredibly expensive by comparison.

    Anyway best of luck sorry we could'nt help.
