Anybody using a Virtual Mailbox?

I thought I would ask here for recommendations on this, as I have never used it before and my choice will be with me for a while.

For those who don't know what I mean, virtual mailbox is a service where physical mail can be received and monitored from a remote location. I need this because we will be sending out a lot of manuscript submissions by paper and aren't sure where we'll be when the response comes.

EarthClassMail.com offers a full-service VM system, complete with choice of US cities and scanning for .25/unit

PaperlessMail.com is cheaper and their site looks it, there's less info, but they do have a phone #. I'll try that and see how it goes.

Anyone have feedback about these or other services, reliability, price, style of address?

    I will appreciate your responses.
