Anybody use pickydomains?

I am thinking about using their service, as I am tired of hours of no ideas.
Has anyone used pickydomains before? How long does it take to get your money back if you don't like a domain.

Also, it sounds flawed. What if you like a domain, say you dont & request your money back, then go register the domain that you liked. I bet that happens alot, wonder how often.

I have not used it...but as a general rule of thumb; when considering paying for something that offers a money-back-guarantee, always start by running through the steps you would need to go through to get your money back.
In other words, if they say you have to call...try calling before you ever spend a cent.
See if it's a real phone-line, manned by a live person...or if it's automated, how easy it will be
    to get through.
If it's via e-mail...start by sending an e-mail and see how long it takes to get a response.
    etc.

Also, use a credit card for the payment, so that if worst comes to the worst, you can file a dispute
    with the CC company.

Lots of businesses claim to offer a money back guarantee, but when it comes down to it...they are
    impossible to reach/deal with.

Just my two and a half cents.

Great advice, they don't list the steps to take in getting your money back. But I will contact them and make sure like you said. I will be paying with paypal, they are number one when it comes to disputes, I also have the paypal CC :) Thanks again for the advice.

All systems will be flawed but you just have to rely on the past and your gut feeling..
