Anybody use PayDayMax.com Affiliate Program???

    I've signed up with recently and have already earned enough for the first payout, however I can't have them reply to my emails.

    Can anyone suggest the best way (email address) to contact them?

    When do they usually pay their Affiliates?

    Any help is appreciated.
