Adsense doesn't support adult site so i think Adwords also dont support adult sites. But u can use SEXY images to promote ur site.

You can advertise porn on Google Adwords but your most likely gonna NOT be accepted. Theres only a few direct advertisers who are listed for porn but theres a few for cams but not adult cam.

You could always setup campaigns for "friendly cam chat" and the ads then create a redirect on the page to the adult live cams or edit your landing page.

Mind you though, google adwords Quality Score always changes so you will be caught and slapped with $1-10 dollar bids Min CPC!

 

They allow some selective adult for search dont they? just you wont find the ads on the content network.
