and from the claim i got like 1.20$ and paypal said that all they could recover!

 

I have not heard back from him, and it has been over a month. I constantly Pm and email him and never hear back.

Well he's just posted over in chat with a duplicate account. That'll do for starters. Seems to have a few disgruntled customers on his tail too.

 

Ok, must be reason no1 then, no2 does not qualify for banning here at DP.

 

gosh...I just realised on seeing his profile...TVCokecan is just 17 !! No wonder he's been acting so childish
