This has been my main area for sales for the last couple of years, although I've been having problems over the last 2-4 months - with sales going on a off suddenly, and recently mostly off with no explanation - my traffic is highly targeted and usually converts very well

anybody having similar problems, also anybody know of new similar field products

I promoted noadware a long time ago... had one sale only - just enough to cover my PPC expenses.

Could be the recession. People have less money to spend on software nowdays.

It's the summer and the Olympics were on for most of August.

People are on the computers less in the summer. Spyware becomes more tolerable the less you use the computer. When all the little bratty children goto school, and people fall back into their routines, they'll start buying.

I promoted anti-spyware and anti-virus about a year ago. My sales did fluctuate during the warmer months. Ever since then, I've become a bit more "seasonal" in my internet marketing ventures. I think Supper has a point about people being on their computers less in the summer. Unless, of course, they are maniacs like me.

    Toodles!

I never had any luck, lots of targetted hops but only 1 sale (noadware). I think theres just a lot of good free tools like AVG that come highly recommended for almost any google search so anyone that puts slight research into it before buying usually tries the freebies first.
