    Its a vbulleting forum the default theme will be good and for logo it needs to be improved a lot.

    You can add tools like hammer or Gears as you have the word tweak.But be creative.

    Your logo is not that bad now. I like to keep my logos simple and only a couple colors. Your logo is the brand of your site.

    Current design is not bad but the only thing you should change is the green color in content area. it would be better if you use the same green as in your logo. thats cool and soft.

    I like the colors. One thing I would change is reducing the number of different fonts in your header. Maybe change the stencil font on "A forum where you can explore your skills" to the same script font as "feel free to explore the web"?
