    I saw some changes in my new blog which is only few days old bot got indexed good number of posts in Google and received good keyword traffic from Google too .

    There a test that you can do to see over-optimisation penalty in action - if you change the anchor text to your homepage from "home" to "keyword home", your homepage will incur a penalty for that keyword.

    If you're courageous enough, try it!
