Anybody make 30 second commercials out of photos and voice overs?

    I have several upcoming projects ( mid January ) where I need .avi and mp2 files that make 30 second commercials out of still pictures and voice over.

    Anybody here do that?

    Also - what type voice file is best and is there a web based way to record the voice work?

    These commercials will only be used on the web? If so, you should be ok using mp3 for the voice.
    As far as I know there are no free online solutions for making these type of things.

    I can help you out with this but have some questions (mainly, what is your budget...) so please PM me if you are interested.
