    Depends on the reason you left - on good terms or not. Were you fired? Then forget it. Why do you want to go back? A lost email can be taken care of at RZ, but you'll have to answer a bunch of questions for jimnoble or others. Also there's another editor in one of your old cat's, so they may feel they don't need you there.

    Yes, you are right there. I must have been thinking of getting in as a new editor rather than a reinstatement for which that reason has been used to reject as I recall.
