Anybody knows about this plugin?

    A quick search on the class name used by the form takes me to http://www.gravityforms.com/ but from what I can see you would just be filling in the form and then would need to copy it across to an actual post.

    An alternative to Gravity Forms would be contact form7 which I use, is free and I think is excellent.

    they are just simple plugins,i think you can use any contact form,and modify its fields to best suite your needs
