I don't recognize it. I'd say it;s custom. Normally I suggest dropped them an email and flat out asking but I don;t see contact information on that site.

Are you inferring you want to buy a script like this? Your OP just asks if anyone knows what kind of script it is, and if that is the case, BST is not the place for this.
