Anybody know what is the CMS behind this site?

    Hi, I run across this site softwarepatch.com, just wonder anybody know what kind of CMS it uses? or any suggestion for CMS that can do the same thing.

    Looks to me to be almost a static site. Everything is HTML page, so it could just be frontpage or dreamweaver?

    All I've really been able to find is the standard NetCraft info: http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?site=www.softwarepatch.com

    But in reality, any CMS should be able to offer what they do. It's nothing special - or is it the skin that you like?
