Hi, Nice to meet you too. Which country are you belongs to? What sort of storyboarding?. Storyboards for animation purpose are always used to be in thumbnails. Storyboards for comic magazines and print media will have detailed features (color or black & white). As per me there is no fixed prices for illustration and artworks in the market. It depends upon skills of artist and understanding between client and illustrator/artists. Size of graphics and paper does not matter.

That is nice terrycomic and it is good to think that not to spoil other countries market rates. But clients from all over the places looking forward to get good stuff at reasonable prices. I do not have any idea about how much Indian TV commercials storyboards are costing. Are you creating only storyboards for animation or also providing animation?
