I need a decent schedule thatll last me from here untill the 19th of april to get fit, i can run about 3 miles and want to be able to run about 7-8 miles or so, time isnt that important as i can work on that at a later point. I kinda need a schedule that tells me what i should be eating becuase im not the most knowledgable on healthy diets and how to get fit. The reason i need to do this is because i leave for my basic training for the Royal Air Force on the 19th of April. Thanks in advance!
