Anybody Know A Official Back Link Checker??please Help

    ALL THE ONES I FIND give me all different inforomation....
    does anyone know a legit back link checker???

    the search engines themselves give you a way to check links using variation on the link: syntax.

    3rd party tools by their very nature can never be 100% accurate, because they have no control over what their 'targets' give them in response to a request. And if they collect their own data by custon-spidering, it's of no use to you as it won';t be the same as the data the engines use (which is what counts, obviously).

    Having said that, if you want a quick check, as the 'pool fan said, backlinkwatch is as good as any.

    Its true... Even backlinkwatch.com is not 100% accurate. Those tools help us to have a close figure of our backlinks, PR, alexa rank, etc.

    I think you just have to accept that there is no "perfect" answer, but you can get a very accurate picture using the various tools listed in here.

    Use Yahoo explorer. It lists all backlinks that exist. Keep in mind Google will not use most of these and Yahoo uses quite a few (use marketleap to check into this). Marketleap will show a huge difference in general between Google and Yahoo.
