I know I am talking about Payoneer card's currency exchange rate. is it lower than standard xchange rate like Paypal? Thanks!
Hi, I've been using Payoneer for more than 2 years (got second card recently). From what I know, Payoneer (actually MasterCard) never publishes the exchange rate anywhere. The rate constantly changes. But, I'm sure it's higher than Paypal's. But the fees are higher in Payoneer, so at the end of the day, one would end up having the same amount if withdrawn using either. But, Payoneer's support is exceptional that can't be compared to any other. Initially, Payoneer may look like costly, but I believe it's the cheapest option if used wisely. Best, Pothi
this is really funny talking. How can they set price of money exchanging? Are they Bank? No, They are not Bank. They don't have any price rate of exchanging. When you are withdrawing money from your Indian ATM box, this ATM box is owned by one Indian Bank. This Bank is setting the price of money exchanging and transaction is coming from First Bank of Delaware.
Actually, I have tried paypal, moneybookers, bank wire and western union. Most inexpensive Paypal. Moneybookers burned me. I am looking for an alternative. I should apply for this card! @pothi Why do you need 2 cards? can't I use same card on all sites which support Payoneer? I have came to know too that Payoneer's exchange rate is as per xe.com, not sure though, which is higher that Paypal.
Can we "Load" the payoneer card from our PayPal balance ? I'm looking for a way to get a card directly linked to my PayPal so I can use it without "big brother" watching (hint hint )
@ samser I ordered the second card because the other one has expired (card validity is only two years). @ ashagg You need to apply for virtual bank account with Payoneer to do that. Technically, Paypal money can be transferred to the bank account which is linked to Payoneer card!!
" You cannot order a card directly from Payoneer. " Any idea wher I should apply for such a bank account / card ?
