Anybody Here That Can Help Me Learn & Understand Ubersuggest?

    Specifically, according to Ubersuggest, it states there's zero monthly traffic (I think it's monthly) from "war on terror" as a keyword. According to Moz, "war on terror" averages a volume of 11K-30K a month; which search tool is better? As is, I want to buy Ubersuggest as a search tool, given it is only $29 monthly, but I'm worried about results like this as its reliability.

    Thoughts?
