I played WoW for 6 years, I quit completely in Janurary this year. I'm wanting to sell my account at the moment, although it isn't worth anywhere near as much as it was worth in lich king just to get some money back. The problem is that I have SC2, Diablo, Warcraft etc attached to the battle.net as well and the cost of rebuying them will be higher than the account is now worth. I should really slap myself across the face for not accepting £900 for it when Ulduar was the hardest instance out. The same site now valued it at £150, and this time I have 5 lvl 85s geared not 2 level 80s.. T_T
I played wow for 3 years, after the latest patch I got sick of it and quit. Then played Rift for a while, but got too busy for that too.
Six years ago WoW was time consuming monster of a game that required a lot of skills to play. Now? Now it's an animated crap of a game, nearly no skills needed. You can do whatever you want, from raiding to single player quest mode and it wont even matter. They made the game for the masses, even an infant can play it now. To answer your questions: 1) How many dp-geeks play this monstrocity (beeing so huge and time consuming) of a game: Millions. 2) What race, class and so on is your (favorite) character these days: All of them, and none. 3) How much time do you spend in this online universe: before it was 6 hours, now 30 minutes. ...
My subscription is currently on hold while I play a couple of other games, not sure if I might resub anyway because I've been playing it for over 3 to 4 years and it lost it's shine for me.
