    LevelClick claims to be a premier Pay-Per-Performance network and an exclusive site for several of the highest converting offers available online. It focuses on the sub-prime industry including Cash Advance Loans, Health/Life Insurance, Debt Relief, etc.

    Has anyone around tried them?
