Anybody having problems with infolinks payment?

I have been using infolinks since November and i have already made more than $2,000.

Well, they haven't payed me yet and i contacted them via e-mail asking why. At first they answered saying that my payment was going to be made in that week but 3 weeks have passed and i haven't received my payment.

Also, i mailed them again and they didn't even answer.

I read someplace in the forum that this company paid but im starting to worry with the lack of proffesionalism...

Did you have problems with infolinks and the payments?

They paid me every time with no difficulties. On the other hand, they never had to send me more that 200 bucks...

 

I am still waiting on my first months earnings to be paid(December-152$). They've sent me an email with tax forms like a week ago. But still don't see a processed payment in my payment history.

 

I've been them for a 4 months now and i've been paid on time so far..you might want to try emailing them again.

 

After lots of e-mails i got them to pay.

IT was a bit annoying but well... they did it. I hope that next payment i don't have to be like that again....

 

Yup they do pay. But they don't seem to care much about their publishers coz they barely reply emails. -_-

 

How much emails - are you just asked them to pay (polite)?

 

I can't remember... 4.. 5?
Of course i was always polite, we are talking about money here.

I have a very good AM there: she always replies on time and the support is okay, but sometimes you have to recall them.

Ok - my story is almost the same but as of today no payment. In April our first month we earned over $1k - some stuff was missing when June 15th came so we filled it out and scanned it right back to infolinks... well, they responded and now are saying payment will be sent beginning of July... frankly, I am not happy with the run around we are getting... they owe us over 2500 and they way they run their compsany, soon they will either sell it to someone or they will shut down. The publishers are like the butter and bread for any advertising network - once they loose faith in the company, frankly all you will have left is bs webmasters with 8 pageviews a day... I hope they work this issue out and we get our payment...if not, they will hear from our attorney very shortly.

 

update: Just called infolinks and spoke to my AE and she assured me that they will put a rush and pay our April earnings by Monday. I loved the fact that I was able to call and speak to my AE and she assured me that we will get paid. I will keep the forum updated when we do get paid. thanks

 

I never had any problems with Infolinks payment.They always paid on time.

 

Going to get my first payment next month.
I hope there won't be any problems.

 

They also paid me. they do not reply to mail but they pay sooner or letter.
Kontera is the same.

I do not mind as long as they pay.

 

strange but they do answer all my mails , infact many times they contact when there is reduction in impressions and suggest me to take necessary steps
