Anybody have any luck with .mobi or .me domains?

Anyone having luck getting ranked with .mobi or .me domain names, or have you seen any that's ranked?

Really want that keyword domain, but that's about all that's left

Your domain extension shouldn't really affect your ranking very much (it affects only in geographical searches)

 

Ive had plently of success with them...it has nothing to do with rankings. The only problem is people remembering your site when they want to come back and accidently typing .com

 

Thanks for the feedback. I haven't seen many mobi or me domains ranked, but then again I haven't searched much. I'll give it a try.

i have an adult site with 5letters . me who makes a logic: "*verb* on .me", i have 1000 UV/day, most from google, i still have PR0, but in the stats i see many people reaching it by tiping the name on google (eg. keyword *verb* on me). so i think that .me has potentials, in my case.

 

i havent heard of anyone doing well with mobi or me domains yet.

but it does make sense that (verb).me would be brandable

 

I have a few brandable .me I havent tried doing seo but doing great wtih ppc

 

I have the same question but with the .WS domain names ?

 

i have a .ws domain myself isnt doing pretty well in google maybe coz the .com and other extensions are also real sites.
