    I think its better to use " OYH3 " coupon on Godaddy it costs 6-7$ only for a .com.

    I think namecheap dont have any good coupon at present.

    Its actually a bit over 7$ at go daddy, no under by any means. It was 7.20$ (6.95+0.25fee) even before the last price increase and I don't remember when it was less than 7$ as you state. But yeah namecheap is more expensive

    But with the added free Who.is Guard at Name or Namecheap, the few more cents is worth it rather than paying additional dollars at Go-Daddy for domain privacy. ;)
