Anybody got baned with Senuke or other SEO automation software?

    Senuke is great I also have SEOEVO2 which is great. I havent had any problems with these softwares. Just dont over do it.

    Make sure you dont over submit.

    so, what would you consider overdoing? How much is too much? and i mean what number and type of actions per day/week or month?
