If I was you I wouldn't worry about the nofollow tag...Use the sites that bring the traffic....plus other search engines disregard the nofollow tag....
Actually, whether it is a nofollow or dofollow, it does not matter at all. Google still consider both although it does not actually crawl or continue to the other. It is about the quality content of where you linked in or what you have linked in that matters a lot.

I agree with those who have said not to worry about whether they are nofollow. Your link profile should appear natural, in which case it would have nofollow links, not just dofollow.
