Anybody from India used the adwords pre-payment method?

Hi, I setup my adwords account around a week-back with the pre-payment option.
Well its been more than 5 days since Google accepted my initial payment.
And they updated the "balance remaining"...but the "funds remaining", still say exhausted....
Well I even tried one of my 30gbp coupons I got from Google, all it did was update my balance remaing to even more....but the "funds remaing" still say ZERO...
I've been trying their support for the past 5 days, to get them to update my balance, last I heard from Google India was on Friday, the guy basically said he'd escalated my problem to the tech. team..

So am I the only one caught-out...or is it the same for everyone who's used the pre-payment method from India??
