I am thinking of recommending TipTopWebsite.com to a friend that has virtually no html skills and needs an inexpensive website. It is not a service I would use as it appears you are locked into their template and hosting, but am thinking it might be good for a non-programmer. I don't think their $1/mo option would be practical, but their $4.95/mo or $9.95/mo might be. Anybody know anything about this service? Is it a good service to recommend?
Apparently, only a small number of people have used this service. I can not find any comments on TipTopWebsite.com, good or bad, anywhere.
