not sure why people wouldn't use ADSDAQ. you can name your own cpm. if ADSDAQ can't pay it, it will redirect to whatever network you want. (full disclosure: i work there)
ADSDAQ is kind of like an ad network - but it's called an exchange.. publishers make money just like they would on an ad network.. one of the main differences for publishers is that they can name their own CPM (cost per thousand impressions). for example, if your Adsense is getting you an average CPM of $1, you could ask ADSDAQ for $1.20 and if it can pay it, it will. If not, it will just send the request to AdSense and you'll make the same money you always have.
