Anybody experience Bluehost India

Hi, I am curious to know, Have anybody try Bluehost India hosting. I am looking for a best and reliable web hosting providers online India. Any ideas and suggestion is highly welcome.

 

The first thing they say on their Indiana subdomain is "the best web hosting". It is obviously not true. However, these guys don't try to be objective. If you look at their "Cloud" offerings you'd see "Unmetered" space and bandwidth. These things say a lot. If you need any quality web host, try to find a local company that offers fair amount of computing resources at reasonable price.

 

Run a Google search on Endurance International Group, that should tell you everything you need to know.

in india they are not using their servers they using someone i cant say here a major company datacenter they using as server so that was a cheap one .. dont use india bluehost use us bluehost their own servers

I use Bluehost India and this is what I can say about them.

For ₹250 a month, I'm getting decent services.
Sometimes the site slows down. Bluehost has blamed it on my blog for some reason. Their Customer support sucks.
Their Help System and BlueHost India cPanels don't work well with Reliance and Aircel connections. It keeps logging you out saying the IP has changed.
You have an option to host your site in the US or India. I chose the former because it was cheaper.

This is an EIG web hosting company. That basically means it's the same thing as iPage, FatCow, HostGator, etc. and I would recommend NOT using any EIG owned hosting company. This is based on very, very bad past experiences with them on numerous occasions.

I don't know who else is India based, but all I can say is avoid an EIG owned hosting company if you value your websites, data and sanity.

If you like that feeling of wanting to throw your computer acorss the room because of stress, then by all means go for it.

 

Yes, I know that it is owned by EIG. However I am asking for the reviews and experiences with them.

 

Any review/experience with them will be basically the same for all EIG hosting companies. I dealt with them earlier this year when they were trying to pull a scam on me and was told that their support and service is all the same. Do some research on Google about horror / bad experiences with any of EIG's companies and you will see some bad stuff.

They buy out good companies and then basically destroy their quality customer service with their own. They also heavily oversell their hosting and put too many accounts on one server. The performance of sites hosted with their companies is consistently among the slowest/worst.

Do yourself a favor and find a different one unless you like beating your head on the wall...

 

Prior to Bluehost, I have used HostGator. It was significantly better.

 

By hostgator do you mean Hostgator or Hostgator India?

 

HostGator is the exact same as Bluehost and also an EIG company. HostGator used to be a good host but now they are no better than any other EIG host since they use the same support, service, etc...

 

Hostgator. Paid in USD.

 

Eukhost is UK based web host, not India?

Hostgator or Hostgator India.
Bluehost or Bluehost India.
they are all under EIG mother company, not much different in service and product and policy.

 

The core difference is that the US versions have a better interface.
