 Internet radio advertising seems like a viable tool to advertise a website.
    Has anyone ever tried it?

Do you thinks its a good advertising medium?

I've been thnking about it, but I would have to find a station that is somewhat close to what my site is all about... and I think there is one called Retrogaming Radio & Video Game Radio...

I have a friend who has a show on *TheRadiantFlow.com* every tuseday night at 10 EST but his show is Prog Rock Music, don't think I'd fit on that show... hehe

that would be a good idea if your web site is mentioned on the public media .But the key problem is the cost issue .How much you need to pay for the advertising?

I run an Internet radio network and I would suggest that if your budget allows that you check out Ad agencies that have a number of Internet Radio Stations that they farm advertising campaigns out to. One of the best is the RRadio Network (www.radioadvertiser.com)

You can do pretty good with certain individual stations, but I would, just like advertising on any site look closely at their traffic numbers because most stations individually cater to a niche so if you go that route you want to see if the station's audience fits your product or service.

Prices can vary like most advertising. We have packages that include online and offline TV, and Print promotion along with traditional web advertising. I find that being this comprehensive works best for our clients. Our packages start at $25 per month.

    I hope this helps.
