Anybody Else think Bing is very Overrated?

I haven't gotten any traffic from Bing since it's launched, and that's not to say I don't have high rankings/1st slot rankings in SERPS for my keywords on Bing, I just don't get any traffic from them. I feel like it's a failed marketing attempt for a new search engine that Microsoft just can't get right, because there's no reason for them to compete with Google anyways. Yahoo! has it hard enough as it is

 

Are these keywords u refer top level keywords ??

 

Microsoft owns Yahoo btw...

I've never understood why they even made bing, knowing that Yahoo! was already well established.

Yahoo and Bing have different communities. There is no sense to unite them and erase Bing (~10% of SEO traffic).

I don't think it's really overrated. It doesn't get much traffic however but it's still pretty new.

 

I think it's underrated. Bing kicks butt

Well, I never thought Bing as a good one or overrated. May be only Microsoft rated it too much.
The search results are different in Google and Bing..
And I prefer Google like many other do.

I get 70-80% traffic from google rest is bing ,yahoo ect. but i dont see it as overrated.

 

Around 10% of my SE traffic comes from Bing, so I'm not complaining. However, I haven't spent 1 minute optimizing my sites for other search engines, and probably never will. Google is the shit ;-)

 

Bing will eventually be phased out imo unless they come up with something super innovative over Google. Only thing better about it in my eyes is the image search.

 

I am getting quite good traffic from bing. More than from yahoo.

i search from several geo locations, the results are terrible.
unfortunately, its the only answer to the growing monster G.

 

I like Bing since I got $300 cashback on my laptop from using their search engine....

 

I see the point in Bing, but to be honest, i really think it is over rated.

I mean look at the logo. It's disgusting.

I do however like the fact that they display large photos and tag it every day.
