Anybody big on viral marketing?

    I was wondering if viral marketing could be a nice way to lower my risk profile and become more independent from search - or rather from the one big search engine......

    Ive heard great things about it, just wondering if anybody in here has used it before?

    Yes, a true viral marketing campaign would make search marketing completely irrelevant.

    I'm working on a viral marketing strategy for both our paid and free hosting services that I hope to introduce in February. I've been reading a great book called BUZZMARKETING (has a blue, yellow, and green cover with a funny-looking face on the front! :p) that I'm getting many good ideas from.
