I'm putting a tips page/blog together for article writers who contribute on our directory (over 400 members so far) so if any of the DP pros would be interested in sharing their writing tips in exchange for a link please let me know. This can be a one-off exchange or an ongoing participation if you want it to be. Thanks, Scott
Hi, that's great, thanks. I'm not setting any requirements on length. All I ask is that the tip(s) submitted be topical for article writers, accurate and thorough. Please PM your tip submission(s) to me, and I'll let you know when the tips page goes live and your link is published. I'm trying to get it online within the next few days, however submissions will be welcomed and accepted after the page goes online as well. Thanks again, Scott
I don't have any actual examples on hand (am mobile for the weekend), but here's the type of things that I'm generally talking about: 1) Writing Effective Titles 2) Writing For Readers & Search Engines (Thoughts on keyword density & natural word flow) 3) Submitting Your Published Articles To Social News Sites 4) The Elements Of A Well Structured Paragraph 5) How To Best Use The Author's Resource Box For ( product marketing, self promotion, branding, calls to action, etc.) Basically, anything that would be of interest or appeal to writers who use online article publishing for any purposes is great. Our article directory has been getting a lot of questions from writers who seem to be relatively new to online article writing and publishing, and at first we were planning to just create a FAQ from these, however I saw it as an opportunity to give some more experienced writers and article marketers free backlinks and a little exposure in exchange for whatever "tips from experience" they are willing to share. I think that's a better deal all the way around for all, and knowing that quite a few of the members here on DP publish their own blogs on writing and article marketing I was hopeful some would be willing to share tips this way. I'm very happy with the contacts I've received on this so far and still hope that more will come. We are still putting together a comprehensive FAQ to address some specific questions we receive, but the tips page--actually it's looking like we're going to make it a microblog--I believe will be an added value for the members of our community.
