Buying Any windows VPS provider available who accept Alertpay?

    i want to buy a windows VPS for downloading and uoloading videos from youtube , watermarking youtube video , mass forum posting , these task are not resource hungry but they are bandwith hungry .

    any windows vps service provider available who accept Alertpay and can provide 1 GB dedicated RAM vps ?

    if you know someone pls share the information with me.
