Any website I can hire people to be paid by impression?

    Hi,

    I'm looking to pay people to direct targeted traffic to my website, and paid by impression.

    For example for every 1000 UV, I'm willing to pay $20 to that person.

    Any website I can look for these people?

    Thats not a very good idea. People will send junk traffic to your site ;) If they would be able to get that amount of quality traffic they would just use it for themselfs and make much more out of it than $20, dont u think?
