Yes they do, http://www.bing.com/webmaster. You need to sign up to use it. I guess you can find more about it on the site itself.
There is a caveat. It looks like MS wants you to have Excel 2007 installed to use the ad center plug-in for analytics. While there is a 60 trial version available for Excel Office Online, I have switched to OpenOffice 3.2.1 and been using for more than four years. I will check back to see the consensus for Bing webmaster tool. Cheers
After having used google's WMT... one would feel very disappointed using Bing's. It is akin to using a downgraded product after having used a very advanced tool! Regards, RightMan
yeap...google webmaster tool is the best to checkout your sites overall search engine view... you can use bing.. but you might dont like it... bing is still a newbie
