Any Web Hosting Company Which Have Separate Control Panel & Billing? (e.g HostGator)

    Can you please suggest few web hosting companies (preferably cPanel based) which have seperate logins for billing and control panel?

    e.g. HostGator, any other?

    every hosting company has this ...

    cPanel is usually hostname:2082 and billing is subdomain.domain.tld

    Here's an example : nextgenhost.net

    We think this is not correct.
    cPanel is domain:2082 and billing may be hostname.tld or subdomain.hostname.tld
