    Not sure if this helps but I done a search here and it come up with over 40 results for web hosting affiliate programs that pay via paypal.

    I believe most of them are web hosting programs anyway.

    I think dreamhost.com pays via paypal but not sure, You can check their website.

    They have great packages.
