Any way to use just HTML code for banner?

    Hello,

    I have a website that I am basically allowed to just add HTML code. Is there any way I can add a banner and use this ad network with just HTML code?

    I can't think of any way that your ISP can exclude the use of JS on your pages. If they do, you should find a new host. It can be an essential tool.
