i never herd that kind of software ever but why you need it? please do manual submission as a request for you for your site good rating in terms of long run.

I have a rotation I follow. One website every night I do check emails, post one article and submit links mostly in directories. You would be suprised how fast it adds up this way and google will be happy your content is kept in order.
