Any way To increase my Earnings

its been a year with my adsense and i got one cheque for 100$ and another 100$ is in PIP.

any help regarding how to improve traffic?

 

There are many threads available in DP/ Please search for them.

 

I found the site REALLY irritating.
No content, just ads with an annoying pop up and a giant twitter follow link.

You should make it crystal clear to visitors in first second or two exactly how the site is going to help them?
I really don't know why I should spend more time bothering to find out what is on your site - even though it might have good content.

Try using 1 ad unit to improve the amount you get per click.
If you have many ad units, you dilute your earnings per click

 

Unique Content+Traffic= $$$

Yes, seafrontsteve is right. There have a pop-up in that site.

I saw that in the bottom right of the page.

 

The colour of your site is not very inviting (this is my opinion).

 

Limit your site to one large ad just below the title and let the content do the rest. Placing adds all over your site filters your cost per click and you actually make less money.
