How do you contact Adsense directly? They used to have an email form, but not any more... I tried sending an email to Adsense at and got back an autoresponder. Even their trouble shooting page has no email link. There is a so called email link there but it just leads back to the start of the trouble shooter page.
The autoresponder you're getting back should say they received your message and will get back to you. I e-mailed them just yesterday at the address you provided.
I dont think you can call them, the only thing you can do is mail them at the email address. Or use their online form to contact them about your issues.
??? Like I said, there is NO online form to contact Adsense directly. Go to the Adsense site and you'll see.
I know about this page, but it is just the trouble shooter. If you go to this page: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=52593 Below, it says please contact our customer support team for further assistance. This link redirects back to the start of the trouble shooter, it doesn't lead to any email form. They removed it, apparently.
Bro, that's what I'm trying to say all along.... One of my sites is not displaying Adsense properly, and I HAVE clicked to the end of the trouble shooter right to the end, countless times already, and it doesn't solve my problem! It leads to the end where.... https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=52593 the "contact our customer support team" link is actually redirecting back to the START of the trouble shooter!
Well, I have no problems contacting the danish support team (Ad Troubleshooting - Can't see my ads). But you are right. I can't get to the same contact form if I change the language to e.g. english. Move to Denmark...
The above address is still working fine and it responds when the problem needs manual support... normally 2 to 4 days..
I think Adsense just turned off the support for English and International publishers.... I'm having a problem like many here already expressed, Ads are NOT displaying for some pages although they used to. Google have actually acknowledged to me previously that this was a problem, but that was when they could be contacted.... Now, how in the world am I to contact them?
I have already explained that: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=8966180&postcount=11 Case Closed
