    Not keywords, but ads?

I don't think there's any way to bulk submit ads.

Apparently there is, but only for managed accounts. Managed accounts can even do wildcard terms in the ads, which is how the eBay PPC affiliate guys do it. I was chatting with one of their fine Bangalore account reps, and the only way I could divine to become a managed account is to just get big enough and attract enough attention.

Any hints you can share on how you got to a point where you were able to make that call? (aside from all the basics - anything specific toward becoming managed?)

Honestly, I'm pretty sure it's all about how much you spend.

You can build API software to do it for you or buy packages that use the API that can do it for you.
