Is there any way of using Paypal in a non-supported country without getting your account limited/banned by paypal, i.e. through some proxy etc

Join hands with someone who's country is listed with paypal. ( probably some friend or relative(.
Collect payments in their account and let them forward you the money using other money transfers available in your country.

    regards

you can`t do anything . No proxy no nothing . You must join hands with a relative/friend from the paypal working country.

But there are alternatives that started growing .. like moneybookers.com

StormPay is a more expensive alternative. The point is PayPal counts the money received and sent and you can not hide the information for Tax purposes. Use 2checkout.

    What country are you in?
If you are selling a product you could use Clickbank's Paypal account, or you could check out xoom.com
